This branch is named after the first chair of the Nepean Public Library. The branch is unique in that it shares space with the Walter Baker Sports Centre and John McCrae Secondary School. This very child-friendly branch boasts a spacious children's section and is the centre of a vibrant, growing community. This branch has Friends of the Ottawa Public Library Association (FOPLA) used books sales.
